The Service

I Wish There Was is a platform for posting product and service ideas ("wishes"), upvoting wishes you share, and discussing them through comments. The Service is provided as-is.

Your content

You retain ownership of the wishes and comments you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• Post spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
